How to invite users?
Once you're done adding your users , you can send them invites for them to login through their mobile app (agent app).
- After you're done adding your users/employees, your teams page should look something like this.
- you can see that the status of the users says which means you're yet to send them invites.
- To send invitation click on the button on the top right corner of the page. Then you will get a pop up like so
- Click on "AGREE" to send invitations. Then the status should change to .
- Once your users login to their app the status will change to .
That's pretty much it, you're all set to assign workflows and tasks to them.
