Reports

What reports can you see?

By default Attendance proxy has two reports - Leave & Expenses , which helps you keep easy track you agents leaves and expenses.

Leave Report 

The Leave Report shows the approved leaves of your agents, it displays the following metrics in a table view

  1. Leave Request Submitted On
  2. User ID
  3. Date of Leave
  4. Reason
  5. Review Status
  6. Approved By
  7. Resp Id

You can filter them based on user and teams, as well as timeline - Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 14 days, This Month, Last Month, Custom Range. 

Expenses Report 

The Expenses Report shows the approved expenses of your agents, it displays the  following metrics in a table view

  1. Expenses Submitted On
  2. User I D
  3. Expense Category
  4. Total Amount
  5. Remarks
  6. Photo receipt
  7. Review Status
  8. Approved By
  9. Resp Id

You can filter them based on user and teams, as well as timeline - Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 14 days, This Month, Last Month, Custom Range.

How to download reports?

Downloading your team's sales records is as easy as clicking a couple buttons. Literally.

  • Click on the Reports page.

  • To download the report that you've need, just click on it from the list of options available.

  • Select the desired date range.

  • Click on the little green cloud icon to start the download.

And just like that, your report is downloaded as a local copy.
